How To Make Lettuce Wraps

This is a extremely delicious meal and it’s healthy to boot!

You will need:

  • 1 bell pepper
  • 3-4 regular sized mushrooms
  • 1/4 cup of chopped up chives
  • 1 tablespoon of oil
  • any rice of your choosing
  • lettuce

To begin this recipe start off by preparing your rice. It’s really up to you and your taste buds! Once you have your rice started begin by heating up a frying pan preferable over medium heat. Add oil. Chop up 1 bell pepper, mushrooms and chives. Once the oil in your frying pan has heated up add in your vegetables (not the lettuce!). Watch your vegetables and be sure not to burn them as you saute them. Once vegetables have finished sauteing remove them from the stove. By now hopefully you will also be done with your rice. Simply layout lettuce leaves onto plate and add rice followed by a generous sprinkling of your vegetables. Tada ! Your lettuce wraps are all done! I hope you enjoyed this recipe !
