Mix peanut butter and icing sugar together in a bowl. Begin to shape into individual balls about 1 inch thick. Place onto plate and set aside. In a microwave safe bowl add Hershy’s milk chocolate chips and a teaspoon of butter. Place in microwave and heat for 30 second intervals until melted stirring chocolate between each interval to prevent burning. Now, drizzle melted chocolate over peanut butter balls however you desire.

Melted chocolate isn’t the only topping you could use. Rolling the peanut butter balls in icing sugar is delicious. You could also try rolling them in crushed nuts or simply having them plane.

  1. Have you heard of Buckeyes? In Ohio we make peanut butter balls like these (dipped in chocolate) and call them Buckeyes because they resemble the nut from the buckeye tree. Yummy!
